Issue Of The Week –XRTK4 Shows Setup Failed

Scenario Example:

The client has set up LNT and RTK Mobile Station in the field, and devices appear online. When trying to set XRTK4 to enter FIX (Normal), XRTK4 throws an error message 'Setup Failed' in the app.

Symptoms:

  • The APP shows 'Setup Failed' when setting DATUM - Single Positioning of XRTK4.

Suggested Solution:

Step 1 :

Try to click on 'Single Point' a few times to check if the message prompt 'Start Single Point Positioning' shows up.



If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, please try Step 2 below.

Step 2 :

Relocate the RTK Mobile station and restart the RTK4, then set up the DATUM process again to check if the RTK Mobile Station can enter FIX (Normal).

If Step 2 does not resolve the issue, please try Step 3 below.

Step 3 :

Connect the LNT to the external Hotspot and try the DATUM process again.

If Step 3 does not resolve the issue, please try Step 4 below.
